How Orders are Processed

Keep the following points in mind when placing orders:

  • Orders received Monday through Friday will be processed within 24 hours of receipt.
  • Order processing excludes weekend days.
  • Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the following Monday, excluding major holidays.
  • Orders placed with Priority shipping (Overnight or 2nd Day Service) will be processed the same day if received by 10:00AM CST.
  • Orders are processed and shipped on business days only (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays).

Delivery Times

Under normal circumstances, shipping takes 3-7 business days.

Delivery Charges

Our standard shipping charges are based on FedEx published rates as of the date of shipment. For rush deliveries please call us for pricing.

Sales Tax

Orders shipped to addresses within the State of Texas will be charged applicable local, county and/or state sales tax.

Refunds

Refunds to your credit card are available for a period of 30 days from your original purchase date, provided you follow the policies outlined in the following Returns & Exchanges section.

Returns & Exchanges

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your HadleighsBespoke.com online purchase, simply return it along with a copy of your receipt and we will be happy to credit your account for the full amount of the purchase. Please keep the following guidelines in mind when returning items:

  • You must call +1 (214) 526-3777 prior to returning any merchandise to obtain Return Authorization.
  • Merchandise must be received at our Return Address within 30 days.
  • Merchandise must not be worn, altered, or washed.
  • Merchandise must have all tags attached.
  • Footwear must include the original shoe box in its original condition, without postal labels.
  • Shoe box fees are charged when footwear is returned in a damaged shoe box, or without the original shoe box.
  • Please Note: Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Packages that arrive COD may be denied, or the COD amount may be deducted from your return.
  • Final Sale items may not be returned.

If your package was damaged during shipment, save all merchandise and packaging and notify us promptly at +1 (214) 526-3777. Damaged items will be replaced at no cost to you.

We recommend that you send any return item via an insured carrier for your protection and to insure prompt delivery. We're sorry, but unfortunately return shipping fees are not refundable.
